HOW IT WORKS -
Enquire with us via the link on our website. Be sure to include your event date so we can check availability before responding to you. Please allow 2-3 business days for a response. -
If your date is available and you’d like to proceed, you can pay a $200 non refundable deposit. This will secure your date and lock you in on our current pricing. Pricing is subject to change at anytime unless a deposit has been paid. We do not hold dates without a deposit. -
We will need a rough idea of the items you’d like to order for invoicing purposes, however, you will have up until 1 week prior to your event to make any changes and finalise your order. -
Drop off your blooms to our studio in Doreen 1-3 days after your event. (Some Sundays will not be available for drop off). You will receive an email from us 1 week prior to your event with drop off information including, address and strict days and time slots. -
We will process your flowers and put them into the drying silica where they will stay until it comes time to design your order (anywhere from 8-16 week). This will remove any moisture from your blooms. The balance of your invoice is due 4 weeks after your event date. Please note that we do not send payment reminders, it is up to you to note down and make final payment on time. If final payment is not made on time, this may result in your order being pushed down the queue. -
Once it is time for your piece/s to be designed, we will remove your blooms from the silica and create 1 design layout. This will be emailed to you for approval before we move onto the resin casting stage. As your blooms are very fragile once dried, we do not offer redesigns. You may ask for something to be removed or added however a new design will not be sent to you. We provide a design layout for bloom blocks only and not for charcuterie boards/trays or add on items. -
Your flowers will move into the resin casting stage (this may not happen straight after your design stage). Depending on what pieces you’ve ordered you may go into a queue until a mould is available. Each piece is poured in 1cm layers of resin and only 1 layer is poured each day. (Weather permitting). Pieces can be anywhere from 5 - 10 layers thick. Resin is a very temperamental product and can only be poured in specific temperatures and climates. - Once we pop your pieces out of the mould, they will sit on our shelf for 1-2 weeks to complete the curing process. We will then sand and polish to finish each piece. Once your order has been photographed and packaged up, you will receive an email to arrange collection of your order from our studio in Doreen. Shipping of your order can be included on your invoice at an additional cost.
Please note - our entire process can take approximately 6-8 months. For any additional questions please refer to the terms and conditions or send us an email. | |
